  • KYC and recent photographs
  • Income certificate or ITR as the scheme asks
  • Domicile, caste or category certificate if the scheme is reserved
  • Business registration, Udyam or shop licence for enterprise schemes
  • Project report or use-of-funds note
  • Bank statements and cancelled cheque
  • Any department-specific annexure for the chosen scheme
